An Informal Gathering for Pizza Company Professionals
After the Exhibit Hall closes and the afternoon seminars conclude, the Beer & Bull early-evening session provides networkers and problem solvers with the opportunity to meet like-minded pizza professionals in a relaxed setting. Informal discussions on any pizza business topic take place at the round tables in the large Beer & Bull room, and all registered attendees are invited for free beer, snacks, and other refreshments.

This is your chance to join Scott Wiener, famous for his New York Pizza Tours, on a bus tour of top 3 Las Vegas pizzerias. Those who purchase a tour ticket will be able to sample the pizza, sample local beers, visit the kitchens, and meet the owners of Pizza Rock (Tony Gemignani), Metro Pizza (John Arena), and Flour & Barley (John Alers). Each attendee will receive a “Pocket Pizza Journal” for taking tasting notes, as well as a pizza-themed swag bag.
Scott Wiener, best known for his Scott’s Pizza Tours in New York City, has amassed an encyclopedic knowledge of the industry. Pizza history and commentary from Scott’s perspective as a professional pizza educator and consumer will be discussed between pizzerias.
