Born in 1990 in Terracina, Italy, Giorgia Caporuscio grew up immersed in the tradition of Neapolitan pizza, following the footsteps of her father. She trained in Naples with some of the world’s most respected pizza masters and quickly distinguished herself on the international stage. Giorgia made history as the youngest—and one of only two women—to win first place in the Classic Pizza Category at the International Pizza Competition in Naples. In 2024, she was named Pizza Maker of the Year by 50 Top Pizza and received the Empower Women Award for inspiring a new generation of female pizzaioli.
