Angela Campanella

Angela Campanella’s career blends a lifelong passion for hospitality with extensive restaurant leadership experience. From her roots in her mother’s Italian-American kitchen to honing her craft behind the bar in New York City, she immersed herself in its vibrant hospitality scene and gained an early appreciation for the city’s renowned pizza culture. Since then, she has led operations in South Florida and Ohio, building expertise in guest experience and beverage programs. For over a decade, she has served as a Beverage Director, crafting cocktails, wine pairings, and service standards. During the pandemic, she co-founded a pop-up pizza business. Since 2023, Angela has led hospitality and beverage operations for Boom’s Pizza/Spice Hospitality Group, uniting her love for beverage, hospitality, and pizza.
