Bacio Legacy Non-Traditional Division
Hosted by Bacio Cheese
This year at Pizza Expo 2026, we’ll be searching for the best Bacio Legacy Non-Traditional pizza using fresh dough with any combination of toppings and Bacio Cheese. The 2026 Bacio Cheese Legacy Non-Traditional Style International Pizza Competition for professional pizzeria and restaurant chefs has a maximum total of 30 competitors from across the country.
Each chef will be able to choose from a selection seven (7) specific varieties, which are: whole milk, part skim, whole milk & part skim blend, provolone & part skim blend, sharp provolone & whole milk blend, white cheddar blend, and a whole milk variety offered in different forms like block, shredded, and diced cheeses to create the most innovative, interesting, and inspiring pizza! Each competitor’s goal will be to feature Bacio Cheese using ingredients and toppings that showcase the best of what the Bacio Cheese Company has to offer.

Dairy-free Competition
Hosted by Daiya Foods
A Dairy-Free Competition featuring Daiya Foods Dairy-Free Cheeses!
The crust/dough/batter must be fresh or parbaked. In addition, the dough and all toppings must be plant-based. Each competitor’s goal will be to showcase Daiya Foods deliciously dairy-free cheeses and blends, including, but not limited to the following.
- Daiya Dairy-free Mozzarella Style Cheese
- Daiya Dairy-free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Daiya Dairy-free Cream Cheese
