Bacio Legacy Non-Traditional Division

This year at Pizza Expo 2026, we’ll be searching for the best Bacio Legacy NonTraditional pizza using fresh dough with any combination of toppings and Bacio Cheese. The 2026 Bacio Cheese Legacy Non-Traditional Style International Pizza Competition for professional pizzeria and restaurant chefs has a maximum total of 30 competitors from across the country.

Each chef will be able to choose from a selection seven (7) specific varieties, which are: whole milk, part skim, whole milk & part skim blend, provolone & part skim blend, sharp provolone & whole milk blend, white cheddar blend, and a whole milk variety offered in different forms like block, shredded, and diced cheeses to create the most innovative, interesting, and inspiring pizza! Each competitor’s goal will be to feature Bacio Cheese using ingredients and toppings that showcase the best of what the Bacio Cheese Company has to offer.
