General Mills Foodservice Returns to Pizza Expo 2026 with New Dough Ball Size and Sweet Menu Solutions

MINNEAPOLIS (Feb. 24, 2026) — General Mills Foodservice is heading back to the International Pizza Expo, March 24–26, 2026, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, bringing new innovations designed to help pizza makers work smarter and grow sales. As the largest pizza-focused trade show in the world, Pizza Expo draws thousands of operators from independent and chain restaurants across the globe.
Building on the momentum of last year’s All Trumps Dough Ball launch, General Mills Foodservice will showcase the latest addition to its expansive line-up of pizza crust solutions—a new 12-ounce Gold Medal™ All Trumps™ Dough Ball. Visitors to the company’s booth (#1943), will have the opportunity to learn about the new dough ball and the full continuum of products to meet pizzerias’ back-of-house needs—from premium Gold Medal™ flours to All Trumps™ Dough Balls and BONICI® parbaked thin crusts as well as sheeted dessert solutions.
Additionally, the Doughminators™, a team with a deep knowledge of flour and technical baking, will be on-site to guide pizza makers through their popular dough demonstrations and Pizza Crust Boot Camp sessions.
A Size for Every Pie
The new 12-ounce All Trumps Dough Ball fills a key gap in the portfolio, giving operators a dependable solution for medium-sized pies. It joins the existing 8-, 16-, 20- and 24-ounce dough balls, ensuring there’s truly a size for every pie.
Made with Gold Medal™ All Trumps™ flour—enriched, unbleached, unbromated, high-gluten spring wheat flour—the dough balls deliver authentic New York-style quality with the speed and simplicity today’s kitchens need. Pre-flattened and designed for dependable fast prep in less than four hours, they provide flexible slack time and consistent performance across a range of conditions. With just six simple ingredients, the dough offers scratch-like results in a low-labor format that helps operators scale up or down with confidence.
