Alto-Shaam to Showcase New Wide Vector® H Ovens at Pizza Expo 2022

(Booth #1709 – Pizza Expo, Las Vegas, March 22-24, 2022) – The versatility of Alto-Shaam’s award-winning Vector Series of Multi-Cook Ovens will be demonstrated at Pizza Expo 2021 with a new version of its Vector® H Series ovens with even wider chambers, capable of cooking 16-inch pizzas.

Featuring independent chambers, Vector Multi-Cook Ovens allow operators to control the temperature, fan speed and cook time in each individual oven chamber for unmatched versatility. Alto-Shaam’s pioneering Structured Air Technology® enables high velocity, focused heat for faster, more even cooking, ensuring the highest quality output. Individual chamber design simultaneously cooks a variety of menu items with no flavor transfer.

Paired perfectly with its cooking solutions, Alto-Shaam will also debut its new heated shelf merchandisers featuring top heat, allowing operators to hold food for even longer without compromising food quality. The new layer of top heat paired with Halo Heat® technology provides the highest quality, extended holding of the most delicate food items, including burritos, sandwiches and pizza.

Designed to boost impulse sales and drive foodservice profits, Vector Multi-Cook ovens and heated shelf merchandisers are the perfect solution for implementing or expanding a grab and go foodservice program.
