Des Plaines, Ill. –August 5, 2021 – Columbus Vegetable Oils, a family-run business serving the foodservice industry with high quality vegetable oils and shortenings, is launching its new and improved dressing cup packaging at the 2021 Pizza Expo August 17-19 in Las Vegas, Nev.
The dressing cups, which are available in three sizes—1.25 oz, 1.5 oz and 2 oz.—are filled with dressing from Columbus’ Butcher Boy line and now sealed with a foil lid. With private labeling options and nearly 30 dressings, sauces and dips to choose from, the cups are a solution for pizza operators looking to offer individual portions of condiments to customers.
“I can’t think of a better venue than Pizza Expo to introduce our newly packaged line of dressing cups,” says David Bezenyei, sales manager for Columbus Vegetable Oils. “Pizza Expo attendees are on the hunt for new and interesting products that are not only convenient to ease back-of-house efficiencies, but also want products made with quality ingredients. Our Butcher Boy dressing cups hit the mark on both of those requests.”
The oil company, which will also be featuring their popular pizza-specific oil blends like canola & olive oil, and soybean & olive oil, will be serving freshly fried chicken at their booth (#547) and pairing it with individual dressing cups to choose from.
Made for individual consumption, the dressing cups were created to accompany popular grab-n-go items such as pizza and chicken wings. From ranch to honey mustard to buffalo sauce, the dressing cups are gluten-free and don’t require refrigeration.
